Previously supported the growth of a startup team from early stage to 50+ employees, delivering double-digit ARR expansion, 80% defect reductions, and enterprise contract wins. Now focused on applying AI to unlock organizational dark data—turning operational complexity into clarity and scalable advantage.

Co-Founder, Design & Human-AI Interaction
Designer with a decade of international experience across creative, educational, and technology projects. Her background includes leading design initiatives and mentoring programs that helped professionals from diverse backgrounds integrate into German work environments. Now focused on the intersection of user experience and AI, she explores how human–AI collaboration can improve accessibility, decision-making, and industrial workflows.
