Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven intern or working student to contribute to our AI and machine learning projects. This role offers an extraordinary opportunity to be at the forefront of AI development, working on groundbreaking projects that integrate open-source models and advanced AI techniques. This is a hybrid position requiring 20 hours per week, perfect for students who wish to gain practical experience while completing their studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of AI models, focusing on open-source technologies and the democratization of generative AI.
  • Work with state-of-the-art AI libraries and frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, LoRaX, PyTorch, Transformers, and advanced RAG architecture.
  • Assist in fine-tuning AI models to optimize performance and accuracy.
  • Engage in the research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Support the integration of AI solutions into diverse systems and workflows.
  • Contribute to the testing, debugging, and improvement of AI applications.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or a recent graduate of Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, especially open-source models and generative AI.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks mentioned above.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive learner with a passion for AI technology and its applications.
  • Fluency in English is a must, in German is a big help.
